The Problem

The Victorian startup ecosystem faces a unique situation by which many of the startup founders and executives are leading startups for the first time in their careers. Some have never held people management positions and others come from the corporate world.

High growth and scalability mean founders and executives must excel in different skills and capabilities.  Lacking these skills, many founders and executives failed to execute and deliver on time and budget and hence limited their success.
